How do I Check whether my order is confirmed or not?
Ans: You will receive a SMS on your phone & an email after confirmation of your order.

How do I track my shipments details?
Ans: To track your shipment details, Go to Your account > my orders > ordered product > track details.

How to Order multiple cases?
Ans: To order multiple cases, first add all the cases in your bag, and then order them together.

Is delivery of products free?
Ans: If your product's price is above 499 INR, then delivery is free otherwise delivery charge will be 50 INR per order.

My product is damaged. What should I do?
Ans: You Can return/exchange your product by clicking on, your account > my orders > ordered product > Return/exchange product.

Is there a gift wrap option on the products?

What should I do if I have to exchange my product?
Ans: You Can return/exchange your product by clicking on, your account > my orders > ordered product > exchange product.

How do I track my shipments details?
Ans: To track your shipment details, Go to Your account > my orders > ordered product > track details.

What is the return/exchange policy?
Ans: You can return/exchange your product within "__" days from the dispatched date of your order. The return package should be in its original condition and packaging.

When will I get my exchange product?
Ans: When you'll ship the original product, then after 2-3 days you'll receive your exchanged product. Any product if found used or soiled, then we'll not accept the product.

Can I change my pickup address of an exchange/return product?
Ans: Yes you can. Just change the location of address when you are applying for return/exchange request.

Can I choose a different case in exchange?
Ans: Yes, you can do that surely but the product must be with the same MRP price.

What is the refund policy?
Ans: You'll get your refund in your bank account or in your PrintDesi account within 7 business days.

What should I do to cancel my product?
Ans: To Cancel any order, go to your account > my orders > ordered product > cancel product.

When will I get the refund of my return product?
Ans: You'll get your refund within 4 business days after we receive your returned product back.

Can I get my refund in my bank account?
Ans: You can get your refund in your bank account, by selecting the bank account option from your payment mode when applying for return request.
